Leather Duffel Bag Repair

This duffle bag has original fake leather straps. The zipper was failing and the client wanted a new, easier closing solution. After a discussion about the fake leather straps, that they would eventually fail as well. We decided not to worry about color matching; leather was picked and I added a new easy clip flap with solid brass hardware. Straps will be replaced later as they fail.
