This laptop satchel had a hole in the gusset and the straps were torn. Client was advised that the strap tips would not be able to be replaced on the new straps; I made them into keychains. It was requested that the gusset be repaired from the outside rather than take it apart or replace the entire leather piece. The client was very pleased!
